The PANORAMA Deep-Sky Atlas combines a broad view with a high density of objects. Its 60 charts cover the entire sky and place 13,500 deep-sky objects in the context of their surrounding regions. The generous map format helps astrophotographers and visual observers find their way around and understand how objects relate to neighbouring star fields.
The atlas includes open and globular clusters, galactic and planetary nebulae, galaxies, and galaxy groups and clusters. Many objects carry brightness data; numerous catalogues and recent Gaia discoveries are included. A 17,000-entry index, popular object names, nebula-filter recommendations and a photographic chart of the Virgo Cluster round out the atlas.

Choosing this map
This atlas suits experienced observers and astrophotographers looking for a printed overview with many deep-sky targets and a substantial index. Its large size and detail make it less suitable as a pocket field chart; a stable surface or chart table is useful at the telescope.
