Product overview

The Celestron Focus Motor replaces manual turning of the focus knob with precise motorised adjustment. It is convenient for visual use and especially useful for imaging because focusing does not introduce touch-induced vibration.

• Control from compatible Celestron handset or computer
• USB power possible with direct computer connection

Compatibility

Compatibility depends on telescope design and production year. According to the existing product information, some older SCTs are excluded and the 11-inch RASA requires an additional retrofit kit.

Practical note

Before ordering, check the exact Celestron model and, if possible, production year. For mechanically mounted accessories, this is more reliable than comparing aperture alone.
