Acuter Voyager MAK70 Maksutov Telescope with 2D-Microtune Mount and Tripod

The Acuter Voyager MAK70 combines compact 70 mm Maksutov-Cassegrain optics with a finely adjustable alt-azimuth mount and tripod. Its 1000 mm focal length makes it suitable for lunar and bright-planetary observing as well as terrestrial viewing. The 90-degree erecting prism presents an upright image. The 70 mm aperture is portable and useful in a small travel set, while views of faint deep-sky objects remain naturally limited.

The ACUTER 2D-MICROTUNE mount provides fine movement in both altitude and azimuth. This helps keep an object in view at 50x and 100x magnification. A 5×24 finder helps with initial aiming. The included tripod means the telescope does not need a tabletop and can be set up at different observing locations.

The supplied 20 mm and 10 mm eyepieces provide 50x and 100x magnification. The 1.25-inch eyepiece connection allows expansion with compatible accessories. Focusing is performed by moving the primary mirror. A smartphone adapter is included for simple phone photography; the phone itself is not supplied. The set also includes a carrying bag, dust caps and a gift box.
