Omegon veTEC 455 M Mono Camera – cooled astrophotography camera
The veTEC 455 M is a cooled full-frame monochrome camera for demanding deep-sky imaging. The Sony IMX455 records around 61 megapixels; without a colour filter array in front of the sensor, incoming light can be captured selectively with LRGB and narrowband filters.
Applications
The full-frame monochrome sensor records luminance and colour channels separately. It can be paired with a suitable filter wheel and LRGB or narrowband filters for deep-sky imaging.

Compatibility and connection
The camera connects to the capture computer via USB 3.0. The rear USB hub can accommodate compatible accessories. The T2 thread and 17.5 mm back focus simplify integration into suitable optical trains. Before imaging, check that the connection, sensor illumination and available back focus match your telescope and corrector.
