Omegon veTEC 571 C Color Camera – cooled astrophotography camera
The veTEC 571 C combines a back-illuminated Sony IMX571 colour sensor in APS-C format with active cooling. Its broad field suits extended nebulae and star fields, while the colour matrix enables one-shot colour imaging without a filter wheel.
Applications
The APS-C colour sensor supports one-shot-colour imaging without a separate LRGB filter sequence. Its larger field of view is useful for extended nebulae and star fields; check the telescope and corrector image circle before purchase.
