TS 1.25" Filter Set for Telescopes from 130 mm Aperture
1.25" Filter Set for Observing and Photography of Moon and Planets
Color filters and gray filters (or neutral density filters) from Teleskop-Service offer an excellent value for money. The filters are very well suited for observation and astrophotography. Just screw the filter into the filter thread of your eyepiece, the filter wheel or the adapter, and observe moon or planets with clearly more contrast. The TSFi16g consists of the following filters:
The combination of filters opens up new, exciting applications. The filter set contains all necessary filters for observation and photography of moon and planets.♦ TS Yellow-Green #11 - from 60 mm aperture
The contrast of detail in the atmospheres of Jupiter and Saturn is increased.
♦ TS Orange #21 - from 80 mm aperture
Dust storms on Mars become visible. Structures in the atmospheres of Jupiter and Saturn are better emphasized. The phases of Mercury and Venus can be observed better, even at daytime or in the twilight. In larger telescopes, also details in the atmosphere of Uranus become visible.
♦ TS Red # 25 - from 80 mm aperture
The filter considerably increases contrast on moon. The polar ice caps of Mars become already visible in telescopes from 100 mm aperture. The filter is ideal for daytime planetary observing as blue is entirely blocked. The filter strongly enhances the surface details on Mars.
♦ TS Violet # 47 - from 120 mm aperture
This extreme filter reveals the clouds of Venus in large telescopes. The filter is often referred as ideal Venus filter. Stuctures in the rings of Saturn can also become better visible.
♦ TS Dark Green # 58 - from 120 mm aperture
One of the most important contrast filters. Lunar craters become more visible, even away from the terminator. The filter also emphasize the Great Red Spot of Jupiter and the smaller vortices of the gas giants Jupiter and Saturn. The rings of Saturn are separated from the planet even more clearly.
♦ TS Neutral Density Filter ND09 - Brightness Reduction to 12.5%
The filter reduces the image to one eigth without colouring the image (neutral density filter). It can be combined with the color filters, thus increasing the contrast effect.
