The Skywatcher 0.85x reducer and corrector is designed for astrophotography with the Evostar 120ED Pro. It shortens the telescope focal length by a factor of 0.85 and improves field correction so stars remain better defined toward the edges. The shorter focal length also provides a wider field of view and can reduce exposure times.
The camera connection uses an M48x0.75 adapter ring. Canon EOS users can choose the matching Skywatcher M48 camera adapter for Canon; Nikon users need the corresponding M48 camera adapter. This reducer was calculated specifically for the Evostar 120ED Pro. Please check the telescope generation, connection and required back focus before ordering. The Skywatcher Evostar 120EDX listed in our shop is a related model, but compatibility with this earlier reducer is not automatically confirmed.
