SkyWatcher Esprit-120EDX: high-performance triplet apochromat
The Esprit-120EDX is a 120 mm triplet apochromat with an 840 mm focal length and f/7 optics. An ED element made from Japanese Ohara FPL-53 glass and MHTC multi-layer coatings support high contrast and well-controlled colour correction. It is designed for astrophotographers and visual observers seeking a high quality instrument with a large aperture.
The CNC-machined 3-inch rack-and-pinion focuser features an 11:1 reduction and a rotating drawtube. The connection adapter also rotates to help frame the image and align a camera. Equipment includes a retractable dew shield, tube rings with carrying handle, a 75 mm dovetail bar and an aluminium hard case.

Scope of delivery
Esprit-120EDX telescope, tube rings with handle, 75 mm dovetail bar and aluminium hard case. Eyepieces, diagonal and finder are not included. The optional Field Flattener 20189 and 0.77x reducer/flattener 20095 for astrophotography are available separately.
