SkyWatcher Esprit-150EDX: 150 mm triplet apochromat
The Esprit-150EDX is a premium 150 mm ED triplet apochromat with a 1050 mm focal length and f/7 optics. An ED element made from Japanese Ohara FPL-53 glass and MHTC multi-layer coatings deliver high contrast and well-controlled colour correction for demanding visual observing and astrophotography.
The CNC-machined 3-inch rack-and-pinion focuser has an 11:1 reduction, with both the focuser and connection adapter offering rotation. Equipment includes a retractable dew shield, tube rings with carrying handle, a 75 mm dovetail bar and a robust aluminium hard case.
