The SkyWatcher Evostar 72EDX is a compact ED doublet apochromatic refractor for visual observing and astrophotography. Its 72 mm optics and 420 mm focal length (f/5.8) provide a wide-field view in a travel-friendly tube. The ED glass is designed to reduce colour fringing and support high-contrast images.
The updated tube features a 2.2-inch rack-and-pinion focuser with 10:1 dual-speed adjustment and an integrated 360° rotator. A retractable dew shield, carry handle, tube rings with a 45 mm Vixen-style dovetail bar, and a soft carry case are included. Eyepieces, diagonal and finder are not included.
