120 mm wide-field refractor on a manual EQ3-2 mount

The SkyWatcher Startravel 120 EQ3-2 combines a 120 mm aperture with a 600 mm focal length and a fast f/5 focal ratio. This achromatic refractor is designed for a wide field of view and suits extended deep-sky targets such as star fields, clusters, nebulae and bright galaxies. The Moon and planets can also be observed. Suitable accessories can be added for terrestrial viewing.

The included EQ3-2 is a manual equatorial mount. Flexible control shafts allow fine adjustments and tracking; the axis clamps can be released for quick repositioning. The 2-inch focuser also accepts 1.25-inch accessories. Included are a red-dot finder, 1.25-inch diagonal, 10 mm and 25 mm eyepieces, a 2× Deluxe Barlow lens with camera adapter, and an aluminium tripod with accessory tray.

Please note: This EQ3-2 package is supplied manually without motors or GoTo control. The manufacturer describes optional upgrades; motors and controller are not included. Solar observation requires a suitable front-mounted filter securely covering the full telescope aperture. No solar filter is included. Never point the telescope at the Sun without a correctly fitted front filter.
