A finder scope makes it easier to aim the telescope and locate objects in the night sky. Depending on the design, you can choose between a simple red-dot finder, an optical finder scope or a compact guiding scope for astrophotography. Finder scopes with an upright image are especially comfortable for orientation and nature observation. For guiding, the connection, focal length and camera compatibility are important.
