Telescope Collimation and Alignment Tools
A well-collimated telescope shows sharper stars and more contrast, especially at higher magnification. Here you will find tools for checking and adjusting the optical alignment of Newtonian and other telescope systems. Depending on the telescope, a Cheshire eyepiece, collimation cap, laser collimator or other adjustment aid may be useful.
