The Sky-Watcher SkyMax 150 Pro Fusion 120i SynScan is a compact yet powerful Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope, ideal for observing lunar and planetary details, as well as double stars and brighter deep-sky objects. Its high-resolution, multi-coated optics ensure sharp and contrast-rich images.
The Fusion-120i mount enhances user experience with its integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, allowing wireless control via the free SynScan or SynScan PRO apps available for iOS and Android devices. This built-in Wi-Fi module creates its own network, enabling operation without dependence on external Wi-Fi or mobile networks. Additionally, the mount can be operated using the included SynScan handset, which provides access to a database of over 42,900 celestial objects.
Designed for portability, the Fusion-120i mount features a convenient carrying handle and supports a substantial payload capacity of up to 12 kg. It accommodates optical tube assemblies (OTAs) with either 45mm or 75mm dovetail bars through its dual-fit saddle. Power options include an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery, offering up to 10 hours of tracking operation, or an external 12V 3A DC power supply.
An equatorial wedge is available separately, allowing the mount to be used in equatorial mode for advanced tracking and astrophotography applications.
